The film promotes the International Powered Access Federation's (IPAF) training course called MEWPs for Managers (Managers of mobile elevating work platforms). The film uses shots of booms and scissor lifts to demonstrate the complexities of managing MEWPs on a busy construction site. It highlights the importance of knowing about health and safety regulations, choosing the right MEWP, health and safety, accident prevention, correct maintenance, risk mitigation, personal protection equipment and industry best practice. The film explains the nature of IPAF's one day training course and ends by showing the contact details of IPAF's training directory.

Managers/supervisors of construction sites, or for anyone who manages projects that use Mobile Elevating Work Platforms - those responsible for the health and safety aspects of managing people working at height. Particularly for large and complex sites.
