Aims and objectives

Episode #5 deals with Individual Cognitive Bias. It is a relatively complex subject that we often hear about, a bit all over the place. The aim of the video is to simply explain what it is, to share a common representation, and to show how this notion of individual cognitive biases concerns the safety of operations in the enterprise.
