The video clips are the stories of Eni workers during their typical working day. During their activity an unforeseen event occurred which unfortunately led to the death or the injury of the workers. But what would have happened if they had been put in place different choices and behaviors? In the video, as a “rewind”, the tape goes back and shows the correct behavior that could have avoid the tragic event.

Objectif et finalité

The purpose is to use video clips as a further support for the dissemination of safety culture and correct behavior. The videos were created as a new tool for enhancing workers awareness on lesson learned arisen form the investigation carried out after incidents really happened in Eni. Since the main cause of injuries is the human factor, we can learn and improve from the mistakes and with the adoption of correct behavior, only by sharing of the lesson learned and analyzing the identified corrective and preventive actions.

The target group of these video clips is everyone who works in and for Eni around the world, whether employees, contractors or subcontractors, and at whatever level and role. For this reason, the videos are realized in Italian, English and French and distr
