Kraft reports on the challenges she had faced and that she wanted to go beyond mere Workplace Health Promotion: After entry_salutation22. Kraft had initiated a Health Working Group, the Working Group members defined the targets of a Workplace Health Management system. In a next step, they conducted an employee survey that fulfilled the criteria of a mental stress risk assessment. Based on the survey results entry_salutation22. Kraft and the Working Group implemented many measures. In a final step, entry_salutation22. Kraft evaluated the effectiveness of the measures with regard to achieving the desired goals.
